DRVR ("DRVR", "we", "us", or "our"), a service of Hybrid Arc Inc., respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information — name, email address, mobile phone number, profile photo, and password.
Trip information — pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled times, vehicle preferences, and notes you provide.
Location data — for drivers, real-time GPS coordinates while on duty; for riders, device location when actively booking a ride.
Payment information — processed by our payment providers (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Device & usage data — device model, operating system, app version, IP address, push-notification tokens, and crash logs.
Communications — content of SMS, email, and in-app messages you send to or receive from DRVR.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: DRVR Ride Notifications

Program description: DRVR sends transactional SMS messages related to your account and trips, including booking confirmations, driver assignment, driver-arrival alerts, trip status, and account/security notifications.

Message frequency: Recurring messages. Frequency varies based on your activity.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any DRVR message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent: By providing your phone number and using DRVR, you consent to receive these messages. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Services (matching riders with drivers, processing payments, dispatching trips).
To send transactional notifications (SMS, push notifications, email) related to your account and trips.
To verify identity, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
To improve service quality, troubleshoot bugs, and analyze usage trends.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

Between riders and drivers — first name and phone number are shared with the assigned driver to coordinate the trip.
Service providers — payment processors (Stripe), SMS providers (Twilio), push-notification services (Expo / Apple / Google), mapping providers (Google Maps), and cloud hosting (DigitalOcean).
Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in or consent data with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and trip records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, legal, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@drvr.limo.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. Payment data is tokenized through Stripe. While no system is perfectly secure, we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Children

DRVR is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email contact@drvr.limo.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
