Delete your account

DRVR lets you permanently delete your account from the mobile app. This page explains what happens and how to start the process.

How to delete (in the app)

Open the DRVR app and go to Profile.
Scroll to Account → Delete account (below Sign out).
Confirm with a one-time verification code (SMS or email).
Type DELETE to confirm permanent deletion.

Account deletion in the app is rolling out in Phase A3. Until then, email contact@drvr.limo from the address on your account to request deletion.

What we delete

Your profile name, phone, email, and photo
Active sessions (you are signed out everywhere)
Saved payment methods (detached from Stripe)

What we may retain

Anonymized trip records required for tax, TLC, and dispute resolution
Financial ledger entries tied to completed rides (without personal identifiers where possible)

This cannot be undone. You will need to apply again for Driver or Circle access if you return.
