DRVR Account

DRVR accounts are used to book and manage private black-car rides, drive on the network, or operate as a vetted Circle (concierge) partner. Create an account or sign in with your mobile number and a one-time verification code sent by SMS. Email verification may be used as a backup when SMS is unavailable.

How sign-in works

1. Download the DRVR app and choose your role (Rider, Driver, Circle, or Base Admin).
2. Enter your mobile phone number (and email where required).
3. Receive a one-time verification code by SMS.
4. Enter the code to complete sign-in. Sessions stay signed in on your device until you sign out.

SMS verification consent

Verification codes are used only for account security — sign-in, account recovery, and sensitive account actions (such as deleting your account). They are not promotional marketing texts.

Message frequency & opt-out

Verification codes are sent only when you request sign-in or perform a protected account action — typically a few messages per month or less. Reply STOP to any DRVR text to opt out where applicable, or contact contact@drvr.limo.

Who can create an account

• Riders — open sign-up with phone verification.
• Drivers — apply and be approved by a base administrator before sign-in.
• Circle partners — apply to join; DRVR reviews every application before access is granted.
• Base administrators — invitation only.

Ride notification SMS (separate program)
