DRVR Ride Notifications

Use this no-account form to receive text updates about a DRVR ride. DRVR sends transactional ride notifications only, such as booking confirmation, driver assignment, driver arrival, and trip updates.

These messages help you manage a specific ride and may include your ride receipt. For future rides, you can use the DRVR app to keep your trip details and receipts in one place instead of relying on text messages. This is a service convenience, not ongoing promotional marketing.

Concierge and guest bookings

A hotel, concierge, or other booking party may arrange a ride for a guest without creating a DRVR account. When that party enters a guest's number in DRVR, they must confirm the guest agreed to receive the ride updates for that booking. A ride can still be requested without SMS consent; DRVR simply will not send text updates to that number.

Message frequency and opt-out

Message frequency varies with ride activity; a typical ride generates up to four texts. Reply STOP to any DRVR text to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact contact@drvr.limo.
