NYC drivers: DRVR operates under a TLC-licensed base. Trip sheets are generated for every ride, reporting goes to the base automatically, and your license stays covered — all included in the $25/week.
Payouts are processed through Stripe — directly to your bank or debit card. Surcharges and applicable fees are calculated and recorded on every trip, and tolls or any extras are logged in the app so your earnings are always clear and complete.
When you introduce a new client to the network, a one-time referral acknowledgment applies. After that, the relationship is entirely yours — and we actively encourage that client to book you directly through the app going forward.
We prefer Stripe for its speed and reliability, but we support other payment solutions as well to fit everyone's needs.
mPower is not legal for NYC TLC-licensed drivers. Using mPower to process ride payments violates TLC regulations and puts your license at risk. DRVR is built from the ground up around TLC compliance — trip sheets, proper fare handling, and base affiliation are all standard, not optional.
